Do I have to book a tour to become a member?

In our Café Area you just turn up and get a tour or register online and start straight away on a Hot Desk or Fly Desk membership.
But if you want to be a Flex Desk or Fixed Desk member, we recommend that you book a tour here before signing up. It’s always good to hear terms and conditions first and to see the place you commit to for 3 months.

How long is the cancellation period for a membership?

You can terminate your Hot Desk or Fly Desk membership with 1 month’s notice, while Flex Desk and Fixed Desk are terminated with 3 months’ notice.

Is there a deposit on membership?

Hot Desk and Fly Desk membership have no deposit, while Flex Desk and Fixed Desk have a deposit equivalent to 2 months’ membership.

Are meeting rooms included in my membershop?

It depends on the individual membership. Fixed Desk and Private offices have (limited) free access to selected meeting rooms. Some memberships can buy credits for selected meeting rooms.
All memberships get a 40% discount on meeting rooms – the listed price. The discount does not apply to the credits allocated to some of the meberships.

Late Bird: f you book your meeting room on the same day as you need it, you’ll get an additional discount of 50% to the 40% already given. Late Bird cannot be applied to the credits allocated to some of the memberships.

Can I bring my pet?

You can bring your pet into your own private office, but not into the shared areas.

Is there a place where I can make phone calls or have online meetings?

Yes, we have phone boxes for this purpose spread throughout the house.

Where can I park?

You can park your bike in the courtyard, while cars can park in the parking garage on the opposite side of the road, next to Lidl.
