Toldkammeret, the former cultural center of the Helsingør, wish to be a place for unlikely and spontaneous social meetings. But how can the old building facilitate a strong sense of community building? And how can the history of a building come help to create interaction between guests and users?

Besides from the many activities that Toldkammeret has to offer the citizens of Helsingør the ambitions for the historic building is still not met.  At DAY LAB #3 you are invited to a multidisciplinary workshop where you will explore ways how to revitalize cultural community at Toldkammeret in Helsingør (Elsinor).
