AI is available for business leaders and startups in most industries, but how do you find out what’s out there and what you should go for?
This Meetup uncovers how you can use AI solutions to improve your business. Participants will team up in a hands-on session for developing AI solutions and data strategies, matching the user needs with individual AI technology. It’s for anyone from top managers to innovation labs, product developers, service designers, and digital product designers. No background in design tools or AI technology is necessary, both experts and newbies are welcome. Just show up with an appetite for discovering!

How is energy used once it is created? How do we measure our energy impact? What are the long tail endpoints of energy consumption that are ready for solving?
At this Meetup, we look at a series of case studies of connected hardware products that measure the ‘long tail / endpoints’ of energy consumption – such as our water (apartment-level water usage tracking), our mobility (street traffic data devices) and our food (soil conditions at industrial farms). By looking at a series of product teardown videos, we can assess the energy endpoints necessary to make today’s mass-manufacturing hardware products. You are welcome to join us for a fun and engaging session. Please bring positive energy.

How do you open your design for remixing and free re-use while still building a profitable business?
Global currents in technology are hinting towards an emerging major trend of tossing patents and copyrights in favor of building communities of co-creators as a way to scale and accelerate business. This is not only in software, but increasingly also for physical products. How do you open your design for remixing and free re-use while still building a profitable business? Hardware companies, makers, business developers and other curious festival audience are welcome at this presentation and Q&A to explore together with REMODEL how manufacturing businesses can use open source methodology to develop environmentally sustainable and economically sound business models for physical products.
