UK-born journalist turned PR that has just up-ended his life to move to this beautiful city. I like running (even though my knees hate me for it) and love weird, often shouty, music.

First and foremost a journalist, I've sold my soul to the dark side and am now a fully fledged PR Account Director - all singing and dancing, I do everything from media training to campaign strategy. Tech, automotive and fintech businesses are my jam.

So I work for a London-based company called Rhizome Media that represents a variety of businesses to get them into the UK press. We're predominantly pure media relations specialists but we're slowly leaving the Jurassic Period and moving towards digital PR and social media too.
