At lytte til Thomas f\u00f8ltes som at f\u00f8lge en karriere drevet af nysgerrighed og lysten til hele tiden at bev\u00e6ge sig fremad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fra Cambridge til Startups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas\u2019 rejse begyndte for alvor i Cambridge, hvor han sammen med en ven startede en mindre softwarevirksomhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det, der begyndte som en simpel id\u00e9, udviklede sig hurtigt til noget st\u00f8rre. Produktet blev taget i brug af virksomheder som Uber, Lime og Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ikke d\u00e5rligt for to unge mennesker i starten af tyverne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efterh\u00e5nden som virksomheden voksede, fik Thomas lyst til at pr\u00f8ve kr\u00e6fter med nye retninger. Og netop den nysgerrighed har fulgt ham lige siden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e6ring i h\u00f8jt tempo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tilbage i Danmark kastede han sig ind i startupmilj\u00f8et og blev senere en del af Butter, efterfulgt af en rolle i en hurtigt voksende videoteknologivirksomhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her fik han for alvor indblik i, hvad det vil sige at skalere. Teams, ans\u00e6ttelser, store beslutninger og alt det, der f\u00f8lger med.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det var l\u00e6rerigt. Det var intenst. Og det kom med en vigtig erkendelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Han savnede at bygge. At skabe noget fra bunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tilbage til at bygge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I dag arbejder Thomas hos <a href=\"https:\/\/typefully.com\/\">Typefully<\/a>, et lille, selvfinansieret team p\u00e5 fem personer, der udvikler et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til at skrive og udgive indhold, brugt af virksomheder verden over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et helt andet setup. Og helt bevidst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her er han tilbage til det, han holder allermest af: at designe, bygge og f\u00e5 ting ud over rampen. Og man er ikke i tvivl, n\u00e5r han fort\u00e6ller om det \u2014 det er her, han er i sit rette element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI, workflows og hvad der venter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selvf\u00f8lgelig kom samtalen ogs\u00e5 ind p\u00e5 AI. Thomas fortalte, hvordan flere og flere brugere i dag benytter produktet via APIs og AI-v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ikke som en erstatning, men som en udvidelse af m\u00e5den, det bliver brugt p\u00e5. Nye workflows opst\u00e5r, opgaver automatiseres, og nogle trin forsvinder helt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er stadig tidligt, men det er tydeligt, at noget er ved at \u00e6ndre sig.
