Underviser, forretningsleder og livslang l\u00e6rende med en historie, der hurtigt fangede rummet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hun deltog i morgenmaden af en simpel grund. For at m\u00f8de op og v\u00e6re en del af f\u00e6llesskabet. Og som det viste sig, siger den lille beslutning en hel del om hende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En ny start i K\u00f8benhavn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szilvia flyttede til Danmark sidste august med sin familie. En stor forandring, som hun m\u00f8dte med \u00e5benhed og nysgerrighed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selvom arbejdet fortsatte remote, manglede der noget. Den daglige kontakt med mennesker. De uformelle samtaler. Den f\u00e6lles energi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det var det, der f\u00f8rte hende til Republikken. Et sted, hvor man kan tr\u00e6de ud af hjemmekontoret og ind i noget mere menneskeligt. Og \u00e6rligt talt er det en f\u00f8lelse, mange af os kan genkende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At bygge en forretning, der giver frihed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szilvias karriere begyndte i undervisning. Engelsk, matematik og gl\u00e6den ved at l\u00e6re fra sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Med tiden udviklede hendes vej sig til noget langt st\u00f8rre. I dag leder hun et franchisenetv\u00e6rk inden for <a href=\"https:\/\/helendoron.com\/\">Helen Doron Educational Group<\/a> med mere end 70 partnere og tusindvis af elever i b\u00e5de Ungarn og internationalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Men det mest bem\u00e6rkelsesv\u00e6rdige er hendes mindset. Hun har bevidst trukket sig fra den daglige drift. I stedet fokuserer hun p\u00e5 ledelse og coaching. P\u00e5 at opbygge en forretning, der kan fungere uden hendes konstante tilstedev\u00e6relse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For succes handler for hende ikke kun om v\u00e6kst. Det handler ogs\u00e5 om frihed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At l\u00e6re ved at g\u00f8re (og tale)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis der er \u00e9n ting, Szilvia gjorde klart, s\u00e5 er det dette. Hun elsker at l\u00e6re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uanset om det g\u00e6lder business, systemer eller sprog, tror hun p\u00e5 at l\u00e6re gennem handling. Ikke perfektion. Det g\u00e6lder ogs\u00e5 hendes rejse med det danske sprog, som hun beskriver som udfordrende, men det hele v\u00e6rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hendes tilgang er enkel. Tal f\u00f8rst. Find ud af resten undervejs. Et mindset, der b\u00e5de er modigt og forfriskende jordn\u00e6rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et sted at h\u00f8re til<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frem for alt kom Szilvia for at finde f\u00e6llesskab. Gennem samtaler, delte oplevelser og et par grin over sproglige udfordringer fandt hun netop det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er essensen af Republikken. Et kontorf\u00e6llesskab i K\u00f8benhavn, hvor man m\u00f8der op, som man er.
