After an exploratory journey I found my professional home in founding Improve Business ApS. I am grateful to be able to make a difference for many different companies. Sometimes together with unemployed academics, but always together with amazing colleagues in Improve Business ApS.

I work with business development, management, leadership, strategies, funding and learning processes. I am also a author and editor of international books on innovation and entrepreneurship and strategic management.
