I am an anthropologist, working with complex social and cultural issues.
I am also an associate professor at Institute of Anthropology at University of Copenhagen, where I teach evaluation.

I have worked extensively with citizen engagement in various communities, and with many issues related to social housing for ten years. I enjoy working in diverse communities and developing solutions in cooperation with users.
I wrote a book on involving minority youth in their community in 2013 - it is called "Fællesskab, Shawarma og Mighty Bulls - om inddragelse af unge i et alment boligområde". In 2014 I edited the book "Bag Facaderne - en antologi om boligsocialt arbejde i udsatte by- og boligområder"

I explore complex issues and produce new insights in a social and cultural field. In cooperation with clients, I use this knowledge to develop new solutions and improve methods. I also evaluate social and cultural interventions.
