Frederik isn’t here to play with Lego. He’s here to build it. And not just the brick kind.
At this week’s Community Breakfast, Frederik took us on a journey from the world of physics and nanotech to UX consulting—and now, startup number seven. That’s right—lucky number seven might just be the one.
His passion? Creating. Whether it’s building experiments in a lab, designing intuitive user experiences, or launching startups, Frederik thrives when he’s shaping something new.
Startup with a Soul
Right now, he’s co-founding a startup that turns art into a self-coaching tool. Yes, really. In partnership with a psychologist-turned-coach, he’s building an app that helps users reflect through curated images—kind of like mindfulness meets a museum tour.
The project recently landed a major partnership with a Danish unemployment insurance company looking to support members’ mental well-being. With an agreement underway, and many thousand users in sight, the app is set to launch with both purpose and promise.
Honest Feedback and Musical Flashbacks
Frederik thrives where ideas meet execution. He brings them to life—sharpening, challenging, and fine-tuning until everything clicks. If it doesn’t work for the user, he’ll make sure it does.
And beyond pixels and prototypes? He’s got rhythm. With a background in music, Frederik has rocked both keyboards and bass in everything from funk to rock bands. Word is, there might be a new Republikken band in the making—so watch this space.
Because whether he’s designing, building, or jamming, Frederik brings heart, craft, and just the right beat to everything he does.
