Building Better Leadership – Meet Christian Højbo Møller

This Thursday at Community Breakfast, we met a true builder. Not the LEGO kind. The company kind.

Christian Højbo Møller, co-founder & CEO of Zoios, joined us to share his journey through entrepreneurship, leadership, and data-driven people development. And let’s just say one thing was clear: He started early.

From Diablo to Data

Christian described himself as a builder from day one .

As a teenager, he made money selling virtual items in Diablo. Later, he built a webshop. It failed.

He built affiliate sites. They worked. Afterwards he launched agencies, he scaled teams, he shut companies down when ambition outgrew reality.

No drama. Just learning.

By his early twenties, he was leading teams and scaling businesses. But something felt off. He could track every click in a marketing campaign. But he couldn’t truly measure how his people were doing.

And that question stuck.

The Birth of Zoios

That question became Zoios.

A platform helping companies measure employee engagement in a simple and actionable way .Short surveys. Clear data. No black boxes.

Christian explained how clarity often beats complexity. Managers need insights they trust. Otherwise, nothing changes. Zoios doesn’t just measure happiness. It helps teams understand why they score the way they do. And more importantly, what to do about it. Because collecting feedback without action? That’s just theatre.

Culture Is a Leadership Discipline

One of the most powerful insights from the talk was this:

When you measure often, you must act often. Companies using Zoios monthly keep response rates above 90%. Why? Because employees see change.

Leadership becomes less about guessing. And more about listening. At Republikken, where many members are building companies of their own, this hit home. Culture doesn’t build itself. It is built deliberately.

If you’re scaling your team in Republikken and wondering how they’re actually doing, Christian might be your guy.

You’ll find him on the second floor. Builder mindset included.
