Felix is a reminder of how far curiosity, courage, and a good passport can take you. Born in a small German-speaking town in the Italian Alps, he has lived, studied, and worked in the Netherlands, Sweden, and now Denmark. And if that weren’t impressive enough, he’s also fluent in multiple languages and operates at the intersection of law, business, and tech.
A background in European and comparative law gave Felix a unique entry point into the startup world. His career began in legal roles but quickly expanded into customer success, product, and eventually professional services.
Now based in Copenhagen, Felix runs Strategy ApS together with his brother (fellow Republikken member Tobias) —a boutique consultancy that helps startups and SMEs grow smarter and faster. From fintech in Africa to 3D-printing startups and family-owned real estate ventures, Felix’s approach is as global as it is grounded.
More Than Strategy: A Talent for Connecting People
What stood out most at this week’s Community Breakfast wasn’t just Felix’s impressive résumé—it was his openness and drive to connect.
Together with his brother, Felix is building a network of subject-matter experts to collaborate on meaningful projects. His mindset is refreshingly collaborative: less about billable hours, more about building something valuable and human.
Whether you’re tackling a business challenge or just want to grab a coffee and chat about cycling in the Danish wind, Felix is your guy.
Let’s just say: Republikken is lucky to have him. Welcome, Felix—you’re already making this place smarter, warmer, and more connected.
