We have six meeting rooms in Copenhagen, on Vesterbrogade 26 in Vesterbro, from a quiet two-person room to a fourteen-person workshop. Book by the hour or half-day, online or by email, from 190 kr/hour ex-VAT. Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flipover and Meyers lunch. It’s all sorted. Open Monday to Friday, 8 to 17.

It’s 9:47 on a Tuesday and the coffee is just starting to smell good. Two product designers from Aarhus walk in off Vesterbrogade, get help from reception, and follow the morning light into our Meeting Room 3. The flipover is fresh. The HDMI adapter is already on the table. A cargo bike rolls past the window outside.
By 14:30 they’ll have signed off a site map over a Meyers lunch in the canteen, picked up an oat-milk coffee from the café, and made it back to their 16:11 train without breaking stride. They booked the room two days ahead. They paid less than a hotel conference fee. They’ve already asked us to hold the same room for next month.
That’s what a meeting room at Republikken is for: a real place to do real work, in a building that’s been holding good meetings since 2005.
Who books a meeting room with us
Three kinds of people walk through our door for a meeting:
- Teams from out of town (Aarhus, Aalborg, Malmö, Hamburg, Other) flying or training in for a half-day with a client. They want a room they can find, walking distance from København H, and someone at the door who knows their name.
- Founders from the neighbourhood (Vesterbro freelancers and remote workers) who need a quiet hour with a real door for a candidate interview, an investor call, or a hard conversation that shouldn’t happen in a café.
- Agencies and in-house teams running a quarterly workshop, an offsite, or a board meeting where the day works better with a real whiteboard, a proper coffee jug, and a Meyers lunch wheeled in at
11:45.
What they share: they want to spend the day on the meeting itself, not on the logistics around it. That’s the bit we take care of.
Pick your room
We’ve got six. The smallest is for a one-on-one. The largest seats fourteen for a real workshop. Two rooms at the same eight-person size give you an option when one is already booked, or when a projector is the deciding factor.

Adapters for every laptop live at reception: HDMI, USB-C, the older display ports, even VGA if you ask nicely. Nobody arrives with the wrong cable on our watch.

What you get for the hour
- Wi-Fi that actually works
- A whiteboard and a flipover with markers that aren’t dried up
- Office supplies: pens, paper, post-its
- Adapters for every kind of laptop
- A real human at reception to greet your guests
- The work café next door for between-session coffees
Good to know
- We’re open Monday to Friday, 8 to 17, with reception staffed throughout. Earlier mornings or later evenings are possible when reception can staff them. Just write to booking@republikken.net.
- Most guests arrive by bike, S-train or metro; Vesterbro is built for it, and København H is a seven-minute walk along Vesterbrogade. The Lidl garage across the street has paid parking; bicycle parking is in our backyard.
Coffee, lunch, and the good Meyers stuff
We work with Meyers on the food because we love what they do. It’s the kind of vegetarian buffet you go back to for thirds when nobody is watching. Lunch is 135 kr per person ex-VAT, served between 11:45 and 12:15 in the canteen or wheeled into your room. Vegan on request, given a day’s notice.
If you want the full ride, the all-day catering bundle is 300 kr per person: coffee and croissants in the morning, lunch, cake and fruit in the afternoon. Coffee on its own starts at 50 kr per person self-serve.
Or skip catering and pop next door. The work café sells coffee and lunch the same way it does for our members.

How to book
Three ways to do it:
- Online: book a room in under a minute. Live availability, room by room.
- Email booking@republikken.net with the room, the time, and any catering. We come back the same day.
- Phone +45 88 300 122 between 8 and 17 on weekdays.
Booking 48 hours ahead gives the kitchen time for catering and reception time to print your guests’ names. Half-hour increments are fine. Last-minute is sometimes possible. Call us.

Twenty years on Vesterbrogade
Republikken has been a coworking community since 2005. The rooms have hosted product reviews, founder offsites, board meetings, candidate interviews, agency workshops, partner kickoffs and the occasional hard conversation. Twenty years in, we still take it personally when a meeting goes well.
Frequently asked
How much does a meeting room in Copenhagen cost at Republikken?
From 190 kr per hour ex-VAT for the two-person room, up to 800 kr per hour ex-VAT for the fourteen-person workshop room. Half-hour increments are available. Catering is priced separately, from 50 kr per person for self-serve coffee.
Can I book a meeting room without being a Republikken member?
Yes. The rooms are open to everyone, not just our members. The same price list applies, no membership needed. If you find yourself coming back, ask reception about a Republikken plan; some include meeting-room hours.
How many people can fit in your largest meeting room?
Meeting Room 5 seats fourteen around the table. For events larger than that, the venue side of Republikken hosts up to 130. That’s a separate conversation with our events team, and we’d love to have it.
Do you provide lunch or catering for meetings?
Yes. The kitchen serves a Meyers vegetarian buffet at 135 kr per person between 11:45 and 12:15. Vegan on request. Coffee, morning bundles, afternoon cake and a full all-day bundle are all on the menu.
What’s the closest train station?
København H is a seven-minute walk along Vesterbrogade. Sankt Jørgens Sø metro is five minutes the other way.
Can I use a meeting room outside business hours?
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 to 17. Earlier mornings or later evenings are possible when reception can staff them. Write to booking@republikken.net with the date and we’ll come back the same day.
Is there parking nearby?
The paid garage at Lidl across the street is the closest. Bicycle parking is in the backyard. Most guests arrive by S-train, metro or bike. It’s the easier way into Vesterbro.
How far in advance should I book?
48 hours is enough for most bookings. Catering, large rooms and bookings outside standard hours are easier with a few days’ notice. Last-minute is sometimes possible. Call reception.
Come find your room
A meeting room at Republikken is one of the easiest things to book in Copenhagen, and one of the few rooms in town where the building has been hosting good meetings since 2005. Teams come back. Founders bring their boards here. Agencies run their best workshops in Room 5. The coffee is on by 8:30.
Pick your room, pick your time, and we’ll save you a seat by the window.
