- A 3-month deposit secures your office (refunded
when you move out, in line with normal lease conditions). - 3 months notice if you decide to leave, to the 1st
of the month. It gives both of us time. - Community Breakfast every Thursday at 9. Your team

How much does a private office in Copenhagen cost at Republikken?
From 5.000 kr/month ex-VAT for a small office (1 to 3 people, 7 to 12 m²), up to 18.000 kr/month ex-VAT for a large office (7 or more people, 25 to 37 m²). A 190 kr/month service fee applies per office. Furnished workstations add 220 kr per station per month if you want them.
What’s the minimum lease, and how do I leave?
3 months notice, to the 1st of the month. The deposit is 3 months of office fee at start, refunded when you move out. There is no minimum total lease length beyond the notice period.
Are the offices furnished?
The offices come empty so you can bring your own setup. If you’d rather not, fully furnished workstations (desk, chair) are available at 220 kr per station per month. Most teams have the setup already and skip this.
Do private offices include meeting room access?
Yes. Selected meeting rooms are included in your office subscription. If you need a room outside the included ones, the wider meeting-room catalogue starts at 190 kr/hour ex-VAT.
Can I access the office outside business hours?
Yes. You get your own key. The building is 24/7 for office tenants. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8 to 17, but your office is yours around the clock.
Is there parking nearby?
The paid garage at Lidl across the street is the closest. Bicycle parking is in the backyard. Most teams arrive by S-train, metro or bike. Vesterbro is built for it.
Does my office come with a business address?
Yes. A registered business address at Vesterbrogade 26 is included in every private office subscription, ready to go on your contracts, invoices and post.
